| Ages 6-12
Continuation of Creative Movement Class. Begin to learn the first three positions of ballet and various other ballet movements. Begin more complex combinations of movements. Pre-requisite: Minimum one year of Creative Movement or YMCA Little Dancer Ballet class or 6 years old. Attire: leather ballet slippers (ballet looking house slippers are not acceptable), leotard, and tights. |

This program is for children who will be entering coach pitch baseball this summer. Emphasis will be placed on drills and fundamentals. Players should bring their own glove. |

Gear up for March Madness by being part of the excitement. This eight week session will be loaded with different basketball games. Work on your skills and have fun! |

| Spring Flag Football |
| Ages 5-8
Learn the fundamentals of football in a fun environment while working on your skills and participating in games. The emphasis in this week session will be placed on teamwork and sportsmanship. |

| Softball Pitching Camp (with parent) NEW Spring 2010 |
| Ages 8-10. Come learn the fundamentals of softball pitching with Emily Rottinghaus, a former Head Coach for Drake University. A parent must accompany their child and players will need their own softball glove. Minimum: 3 Max: 8 |

| Spring In Town Soccer League |
| Ages 5-10. Participation, learning skills and having fun will be the focus of this league. One hour practice and one hour game per week. Games will be on Friday nights. Shin guards are required. All participants will receive a t-shirt. There will be a $10 late fee for all registrations received after March 19th. Coaches will contact for practice times.

| Ages 8-13. Did you know that it is estimated that one in five children in the US is overweight? This is why it is so important to give kids the opportunity, resources, and encouragement to stay active, and the YMCA can help! The Kidz Fit Room is available for kids ages 8-13 years old. Encourage your kids to come as often as possible! Kids may drop in at any time during the below times and dates and will be able to use the age appropriate equipment while supervised by an instructor. Kids will also have the opportunity the participate in fun classes such as Drums Alive, Youth Conditioning, Yoga, and more. |

| Fit Girls Club - Spring 2010 begins March 1 |
| Ages 10-13. A girls only program focusing on nutrition, exercise options, self esteem and positive body image. A variety of exercises will be introduced: Pilates, yoga, strength training, etc. There will also be time for discussion. New concepts introduced each session. Dress for activity. All participants receive a t shirt. |
