Running Program
Kids Running Program has now been expanded to include adults too! Ages 8+ are welcome to this training program taught by a personal trainer. Progress from walking to jogging with goals of completing a 5k (3.1 miles). This program will consist of weekly walk/run drills, strength and flexibility training included. The intent of the program is to build confident kids - and positive identity and strong self esteem for individuals of all ages.
Open to all over the age of 8, training will be organized by age group - or parent / child groups. The class runs for 9 weeks and all are automatically signed up to run the Don Reilly Run/Walk on August 28th.
