The YMCA offers several options for personal training, and a team of certified personal trainers ready to work with you. Program options include:
Fitness Assessments
A fitness assessment will help you and your personal trainer determine your beginning fitness level and will help measure fitness improvements. Includes blood pressure, aerobic endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition measured with skinfold calipers
Members only $35 Body Composition only $10
One-on-One Personal Training
If you need motivation and guidance to help you reach your goals, a personal trainer is for you! Programs are designed for all fitness levels. Sessions are one hour in length.
Session Cost per Session:
Partner Training
Share a personal trainer with your significant other or a friend and achieve your goals together! Sessions are 1 hour in length.

Small Group Personal Training
