Appointments are made at the Welcome Center either in person, by calling or by using our online appointment request form here.

We request a 24 hour cancellation notice. In the event that a 24-hour notice is not given by a client, the client will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Meet the YMCA Certified Massage Therapist: Carolyn VonRuden 

Hello!  My name is Carolyn VonRuden. I am a resident of Beaver Dam and I am very excited to join the YMCA of Dodge County Team.

I completed my course of study at Blue Sky School of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in September 2005.

My Focus:

Therapeutic/medical massage
Precision neuromuscular therapy
Targeting specific muscles/groups
Swedish Massage
Overall emphasis for all students

This blend gives a therapeutic and relaxing response that most clients appreciate in their massage session.

In February 2006, I earned my certification through the NCTMB* exam. Ethical and professional standards are at the height of importance for this certification.

In January 2007, I joined American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). In addition to keeping current in the filed, this professional association provides continuing education opportunities. This will help those striving for a healthier lifestyle and family.
