Take all the fundamentals and benefits of Personal Training into a new realm. Motivation, guidance, education, encouragement combined with the use of The Loft interactive and cutting-edge equipment. Two tracks are available, and those tracks can be combined and customized to meet your needs.
Track 1: Using the Trazer2 as a core part of the training program, progress and performance analysis will be tracked. Additional interactive equipment such as Slideboards, Virtual Interactive Fitness, AbSolo and more will be used to focus on specific target areas or provide a complete workout. Track 1 is ideal for providing an engaging and encouraging preteen/teen training program, for specific sports training, or for adults looking to take their workout to the next level - both in fitness and in excitement! If using this track solely, all scheduling will be around other programming in The Loft.
Track 2: Focused more for youth, the training will be based on more traditional cardio and strength fitness that can be done both in the Y and at home. Emphasis on proper technique and education for a lifestyle of healthy fitness is a core focus. The Loft equipment may be incorporated, based on your goals and scheduling availability.
The Loft Personal Training also includes personal assessment and referrals to dietician services, if desired. Like all our personal training programs, your trainer will discuss your goals and put together a plan for training that is tailor made for you or your child. No matter what your goals, our trainers work to instill confidence and education you can take away with you when your sessions are done.
