Group exercise provides an opportunity to participate in a group setting that makes your workout fun and energizing. The YMCA offers a variety of classes to add to your exercise regimen to help you meet your wellness goals. Classes that do NOT require registration are on a first come basis. Please wear appropriate attire. Each Particpant is asked to wear comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt, shorts/pants and tennis shoes. NO street shoes please. A water bottle is encouraged. Participants must 16 years of age unless otherwise noted.
