NEW! Kettlebell Tabata (Ages 16+)
Tabata training combines 20 second, intense work intervals with 10 second rest periods to give you a demanding and effective workout. This class will challenge you by incorporating both Kettlebell exercises and hard-core body weight moves.
Prerequisite: Intro Kettlebell class
Intro Kettlebell (Ages 16+)
A “kettlebell” is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. Using these weights, class participants are taken through a variety of movements all designed to develop strength, mobility, internal energy, work capacity and vitality. Learn the foundations of Kettlebell: the Swing, Clean and Press, Snatch and Catch in this 4 week program.
Kettlebell (Ages 16+)
Kettlebell will consist of a full-body warm-up and progress into practicing the foundation and fundamentals of Kettlebell swings, lifts, presses, squats, various movements to increase strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, enhance and improve flexibility to ensure your success in losing body fat. The Kettlebell class will focus on developing and maintaining overall general conditioning and fitness.

NEW! Cycling Express & Core (Ages 16+)
In this class you will have the same high energy and great cardiovascular workout in 30 minutes on a cycle and have 25 minutes of intense core exercises on a mat. Join us and be ready to burn some serious calories.
Indoor Group Cycling (Ages 16+)
This high-energy class provides a great cardiovascular workout on a bike. The energetic music helps to motivate and inspire participants to ride hard in intervals and have a good time while burning calories.

NEW! Stretch, Flex, Relax (Ages 13+)
Stretching your body and cultivating breath awareness are two of the most important things one can do to reduce stress, promote circulation and help facilitate proper alignment of the body. More and more we are sitting at desks, working on computers, talking on cell phones, or standing on our feet for long periods of time. All of this causes back and neck pain, tight hips and hamstrings. Even if you bike, play tennis, golf, run, etc... Your body and mind needs to move and stretch in all positions to stay healthy and injury free. Class ends with a final relaxation to help energize and help release tension in your body.
PILATES (Ages 13+)
Pilates is a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength, and tone. Appropriate for all individuals, regardless of physical condition or age. Mat-based exercises promote good posture, proper breathing and body control. It relieves tension, improves posture, and helps protect against injuries. Pilates is used by individuals at every fitness level, for a variety of reasons and a host of benefits - to build strength and stability, for rehabilitation, improved athletic performance and reducing risk of injury.
