Introducing a New Program in 2010
"New Beginnings"
Have you ever walked into the fitness center and wondered just what to do or where to start? Do you wonder why you aren't seeing the results that you desire and want to help? Looking for coaching and support? If yes to any of these questions, this program is for you.
The New Beginnings program will consist of:
- 4 one-on-one personal training sessions
- 4 small group exercise sessions
- 3 educational seminars
The kick off and informational meeting and Educational Seminars will be held on every other Monday evening. The personal training will be scheduled by appointment and the small group sessions will be offered in both AM and PM slots. You can make this program work into your schedule!
With the aid of food logs, pedometers and pre and post fitness assessments you will learn how to reach your goals and see results.
Kick off and informational meeting will be held to answer any questions and to setup appointments for your personal training and pre fitness assessments.
Kick Off Meeting: Monday, February 22 at 5:15 pm. Location: Multipurpose room
Session runs March 1 - April 26
Member $125.00, Non Member $200 (includes all of the above personal, small group and educational seminars)
Participants will receive a program t-shirt and pedometer. Maximum 12 participants.
