Adult Programming

Poolates (Water Pilates)
Develop strength and flexibility with fluidity and grace. Build a stronger core, improve posture, and enhance body awareness.
Mommy & Me Propulsion Walking
Bubbbles, babies and more. Bring your child age 5 and under and choose to enjoy playtime in the 0" depth area or bring them along while you propulsion walk. Parents must stay within arms reach of their child at all times. Limit 1 child per adult. Fountains will not be available during this time but water toys will be available for play.
Adult Swimming Lessons Ages 13+
This class is for adults who want to begin or improve their swimming skills. Nonswimmers are taught basic water skills and those participants who are comfortable in the water will work on stroke development and endurance.
Water Exercise Aquacises
Fitness in the Water! Exercise in the water provides you with both a cardio and toning workout without the impact. Swimming skills not required.
Deep Water Aqua Jog
Deep water exercises optimally challenge all fitness levels. Creative and varied movements strengthen the core, provide a cardiovascular challenge and develop muscular endurance. This is a great workout for all ages and fitness levels.

High Intensity Water Aerobics
Get a great aerobic workout while exercising to your favorite dance tunes!! This is a HIGH ENERGY class designed to work your entire body you will leave energized!!
Propulsion Walking
A great resistance workout! Walking or running with or against water current. Location: Family Adventure Waterpark
Private Lessons
Private Swim Lessons are offered for all levels and ages. Students work on basic swimming skills appropriate for their ability and in accordance with their individual goals. Water safety is stressed to all participants.
