The YMCA wants YOU to challenge yourself this February.
Members Only Challenge
Complete 24 hours of physical activity during February, either individually or with a teammate, and receive a free YMCA t-shirt!

Registration ends February 5, 2010
You need to complete a registration form and drop off at the Welcome Center. You'll need to record the time you spend exercising aerobically or strength training on the 24 hour challenge log sheets located at the Health & Wellness Center.
You will receive credit for:
- All time on Cardiovascular and Weight Training equipment (at the Y or at home)
- All time spent swimming, walking, running, cross country skiing, shoveling
- Fitness classes (land or water) will count for 60 minutes
Begin logging your hours starting February 1st!
